    • e. Uploading employees data under Annexure 2 on Portal, as and when required

  • Providing various Forms required to avail ESI Benefits by the employee
  • Advise & Guidance on ESI Benefits like Medical, Maternity Benefit etc. to the employees
  • Preparing & Submission of Accident Report on case basis

  • Preparation of Monthly/Half Yearly/Annual Challans as per periodicity prescribed in state rules
  • Preparation of Periodical Online Returns as applicable to the respective states

  • Preparation of Periodical Returns as applicable to the respective states
  • Preparing Register of unpaid Accumulations on Quarterly Basis
  • Submission of Challans & Returns at the respective Department Office

  • Maintenance of various Registers and records of Wages, Attendance, Leave, Lime Washing etc as prescribed in the formats of the respective State Labour Department except for Leave Cards & Wage Slips
